This guide outlines the principles that help us create a positive and fair environment for everyone. By following these guidelines, you'll contribute to a better trading experience for buyers and sellers alike. Think of this as our shared roadmap to success.

I. Building a Great Community: Our Seller Values

1. Be Respectful: Treat buyers, Agoras.gg staff, and other sellers with courtesy and professionalism. Kind words go a long way!


2. Be Honest: Accurately describe what you're selling. No one likes surprises (except maybe birthday parties!). Let's avoid exaggerations and misleading claims.


3. Be Responsive: Respond to questions and support requests as quickly as you can. Good communication builds trust.


4. Play Fair: Follow all of Agoras.gg's rules and guidelines. They're there to protect everyone.


5. Stay Legal: Don't engage in any illegal activities. This includes selling stolen goods, using fraudulent payment methods, or harassing other users. We're all here to have fun and engage in a healthy marketplace.

II. Listing Like a Pro: Making Your Offers Shine

1. Tell the Whole Story: Provide detailed descriptions of everything you're selling. Include the important details – features, limitations, platform, and security info. The more informed the buyer is, the better.


2. Price it Right: Set prices that are fair and competitive. Avoid price gouging – let's build a sustainable marketplace.


3. Show It Off: Use clear, high-quality images or videos to showcase your items. A picture is worth a thousand words (or maybe a few extra sales!).


4. Put it in the Right Place: List your items in the correct categories so buyers can easily find them. It's like helping them find the treasure they're looking for!


5. Keep it Unique: Avoid creating duplicate listings for the same item. Let each offer have its moment to shine.


6. Tangible Stock You must have the goods ready and available for transfer.


7. Details of the sale Provide appropriate details when required by Agoras.gg for verification


8. Follow Game Rules: Adhere to any specific rules or guidelines for the game or item you're selling (check out Section IV for details).

III. Smooth Transactions: Delivering the Goods

1. Safe Delivery: Use secure methods to deliver your items. Provide clear instructions and tracking info when you can.


2. Be On Time: Deliver your items within the agreed-upon timeframe. If there are any delays, let the buyer know as soon as possible.


3. Work With TradeShield: Respect the terms of Agoras.gg's TradeShield protection. If there's a dispute, be responsive and provide accurate info.


4. Use Valid Payment Methods: Only use authorized payment methods that comply with Agoras.gg's policies. Let's keep things legit.


5. Reliable Payment Information: Ensure reliable payment information is given to Agoras.gg


6. Help Us Investigate: If we need to investigate something, please cooperate fully. Your help makes our community safer.

IV. Game-Specific Guidelines: Playing by the Rules

Here are a few extra things to keep in mind for specific games:

Fortnite

• Tell buyers which platforms the Fortnite account can connect to (e.g., Xbox + Playstation). By listing a platform, you're promising it will work on that platform.


• Let buyers know about potential risks, like not contacting Epic Games support. If you don't, you might be responsible in a dispute.


• If the email can't be changed right away, say so in the description. And always provide full access to the linked email.

Valorant

• List accounts in the right rank category. Iron accounts go in the Iron category, and so on.


• Make sure the rank you list is the current season's rank.


• Don't sell accounts that were leveled with cheats or other illegal software. This protects buyers from getting banned.

GTA 5

• Clearly state which platform the account is for (e.g., Epic Games, Rockstar, PS5).


• Also, mention which version of the game is included (Expanded and Enhanced, Regular, etc.).


• Selling FiveM accounts is okay, but make sure buyers know that GTA V is required to play.

OSRS and RS3

• Give buyers all the account recovery info, including recovery questions, original email, old passwords, and membership payment methods.


• If the account has any bans, offenses, or botting history, let buyers know in the description. Transparency is key!

Call of Duty

• Clearly state which version of Call of Duty the account is for.


• Let buyers know which platforms can be linked to the account.


• Remove any unnecessary login methods and provide full access to the logins that are on the account.

League of Legends

• List accounts in the correct rank category.


• Make sure the rank is the current season's rank.


• List any past offenses on the account in your offer.


• Accounts with offensive usernames can't be sold. We'll cancel those orders.

V. Things That Are a Big NO-NO: Prohibited Activities

These actions are strictly forbidden on Agoras.gg and will result in immediate and permanent removal:

• Selling hacked, stolen, or illegally obtained accounts or items. Seriously, don't even think about it.


• Doing anything fraudulent, like using stolen credit cards or making fake accounts.


• Taking back sold accounts or items without the buyer's permission.


• Being mean or threatening to other users. Let's keep it positive.


• Spamming the marketplace with junk. No one likes spam.


• Trying to get around Agoras.gg's security or policies. We're trying to protect everyone.


• Pretending to be Agoras.gg staff or other users. Be yourself!
